He has your best interests at heart and makes everything super easy! Brilliant communication, nothing is too much for him, he’ll help in any way he can. My old car was barely going to make it through the week and Ross and his team managed to get things moving so I was able to have the car within a couple of days. After 14 months of frustration and zero resolution from the Vauxhall helpline, these two stepped in and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Their professionalism, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile were truly impressive—nothing was too much trouble. It's rare to find a dealership team that genuinely cares and delivers results where the manufacturer falls short. Highly recommended!
