I bought a car from them. Nct, service, part replacement of something that would have given me an issue within a year. And valeting. All done before they handed the car over. Battery issue a week later called in and they had it sorted within two hours. Toni was a pleasure to deal with!

I was very disappointed with my initial experience at Killarney Autos. I brought my car in for an A/C gas refill and was told the price would be €150 (as it’s an older version, not ECO friendly). However, when I came back to collect my car, the bill was €350 — more than double the original quote, and I hadn’t been contacted or asked for approval before the extra work was carried out. Naturally, I found this very frustrating and felt it lacked transparency. That said, I spoke with Noel (the Manager) a few days later (as he was on holidays) and he was extremely helpful and kind. He took the time to listen, apologised, and refunded the money. While the experience was stressful at first, Noel’s professionalism and customer care really turned it around, which I greatly appreciate.
