I would highly recommend visiting Kylemore Cars. Their range of cars is unmatched. I recently bought this Audi A3 saloon from Donna. She was extremely professional and even provided guidance on making a car choice based on reliability from her experience (the other option was a BMW 1 Series). The showroom is very attractive and all the staff were very accommodating and seemed to be very honest. We traded in our previous car and this process was seamless. The car was registered for us and Donna provided great guidance on the process of insuring and taxing a newly imported car. The car itself is a pleasure to drive and has many add on specs which a non import would not have. They also will refund your NCT once passed (soon to come but I have zero doubts it will not pass). After having a negative experience with my previous dealer this is the reassurance I needed that there are trustworthy dealerships out there.

Nathan went the extra mile to help us pick a car and did not come across as salesy or pushy (which is not very common). Highly recommend them, as all cars we saw were pristine and emmaculate. Certainly going to refer more friends and family to Nathan.

We had a great experience with Kylemore Cars buying our 2022 Nissan Note. Donna gave us some suggestions based on our budget and other criteria, and I had a great test drive with Matthew. I had heard others had trouble insuring Japanese imports, and Matthew responded to any questions/concerns I had promptly, and delivered the car to us after the sale. It took longer than we expected for them to get the new Irish registration for the import— this was something I assumed would’ve been sorted when I first looked at the car. Other than that, communication and customer service was excellent.

NCT failure, Worn suspension and Negligence. Read before spending your money at Kylemore. ​I purchased a 2015 Audi A3 from Kylemore on 29th April 2026. While the initial sale process was smooth, the condition of the car and the dismissive nature of the aftersales team have been a nightmare: ​1. NCT failure: The car failed NCT the very next day (30th April) due to improper battery mounting (NCT fail report attached). This is a basic safety item that a presale inspection should have caught. ​2. Interior lights not working and rubbish from Japan: After delivery, I found bills from Japan left inside the armrest storage (photo attached). None of the interior lights were working, and I had to fix these myself since my multiple emails to sales were completely ignored. ​3. Suspension issues and intimidation: Within a week of purchase, I started hearing creaks while going over speed bumps (video attached). After getting no response to emails, I went to the dealership and demanded an appointment. After taking it to the service center, the mechanic confirmed it's a wishbone issue. I went on a drive to show the issue to the Service Center Manager, and when I asked if he heard it, he said, "EVEN IF I HEAR IT, I WILL NOT FIX IT," claiming it's expected and trying to intimidate. I understand I bought an 11-year-old car, but such creaks are unacceptable within a week of purchase (video taken 3 days after delivery). Now I'm left facing a bill for hundreds of euros. ​4. Spare key: I was told the car came with two keys, but only one key was given at delivery. When they didn't respond to my multiple queries for the second key, I had to drive to the dealership and demand it, only for them to give me a broken, unprogrammed spare key. I had to take it to the service center again, where they promised to schedule an appointment to fix it, but I am still getting no response. I will be going through the Small Claims Court if no response. Tip: just filter for "keys" in these reviews, and you'll find this is a recurring pattern with Kylemore. Get it in writing that the car comes with two keys, else they'll say sorry and claim they didn't know (verbal confirmation by salesman hold no value in Kylemore) ​They have a good collection of cars, and everything is great until you have an issue. Then, they are going to completely ignore and intimidate you. Hope this helps someone. There are plenty of dealerships in Dublin. save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
