Abysmal service - they will never get my business again. I received a product recall notice from the manufacturor for a part in my Peugeot and was told to book with a Peugeot dealer to have it fixed. I filled out the contact form on their site as I wanted to know what was involved. I waited a full 7 days and no one got back to me, so I decided to ring them instead. No one answered the phone on any of the provided lines. I tried multiple times on different days. I finally booked online through their service platform, only to get an email from them 10 minutes later 'resheduling' my booking to March of 2027 - a full 8 months away. I'm absolutely disgusted with this service and it's not the first time I've heard how bad their customer service is, it's non-existent!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid at all costs if you need anything fixed by a Peugeot dealer.
