Meath Farm Machinery was set up by Peter Timmons in 1979. Peter recalls the summer day very well. &quot;We had a hay shed and a silage pit rented from Gene Reilly, a local potato grower. We were the agent for John Deere and we were full of enthusiasm&quot;. Nearly 40 years later and Meath Farm Machinery is now managed by Peter's son Ian Timmons.

 

The business currently employs over 40 full time staff across our Poles and Kilberry, Navan depots.  We pride ourselves in employing young people from our local areas and investing in them to turn them into highly skilled professionals. 

 

We sell other brands Kramer, Twose, HiSpec, Smyth Trailers, Tanco, Sulky, SIP &amp; Kuhn. 

 

We currently operate in Counties Meath, Kildare, Dublin, Louth, Monaghan, Cavan, Westmeath, Longford, Leitrim &amp; Sligo.
