Very efficient. There was bad traffic and road closures in Cork so it took the train on the way back to Little Island and Ted from MSL collected me which was most kind of him. The car was serviced efficiently and I was given good feedback back on potential work to be done in the next 10k kilometres. I can recommend MSL for servicing.

Really appreciate the care and support provided, whole service process was made simple but excellent too. Gillian is super to deal with and always willing to help. Takes the hassle out of things when you know you will always be looked after this well.

Gillian was most helpful and attentive during my service visit, while my brief encounter with Cormac from Sales was also very encouraging. The consistency of care across the whole experience was excellent, and I am very pleased with the work carried out on my vehicle. A sincere thank you to the Technician and everyone involved.

I had to get some work done recently, breaks , discs and a service. I initially contacted Hans to book the appointment and after I dealt with Gillian. Both were excellent and Gillian was able to still fit me in after I was late to my appointment. Great service and communication was constant regarding what was needed. The car was spotless when I collected it and all the work was perfect. Very nice people to deal with and I would highly recommend.
