⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased my first motorbike from Meskell Motorcycles and the experience was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Having just completed my IBT, I was a little nervous about taking the plunge, but Niall made the whole process so easy and reassuring. He spent nearly an hour with me going through everything — the real dangers of riding, how to manage the fears that come with being a new rider, and all the genuine benefits of getting on a bike. He never rushed me or made me feel like I was asking too many questions. An absolute gent. And the service didn't stop there — Niall delivered the bike directly to my home and even came into the shed to show me the best way to manoeuvre and turn it around safely. That kind of attention to detail and genuine care for the customer is rare. I'm absolutely delighted I chose Meskell Motorcycles for my first bike, and if I ever upgrade, I'll be going straight back. I Recently bought a new bike from the guys at Meskells and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Its very refreshing when you don't have to " ask " these guys know their trade and look after everything for you. They go above and beyond expectation. A great motorcycles store, shop and service. Rang looking for a service on my bike was was booked in within a few days and dropped off my bike and was serviced within a few hours and was back on the road. I would highly recommend them.

Dropped my vintage motorcycle to get two new tyres and a service from these guys. The service went OK but the back tyre was catching a nut from underneath the rear mudguard and by the time I got home which is about an hour away the tyre was worn in a line all the way around. The tyre cost me €200 and they said there was nothing that they could do. They put the tyre on without any consideration whatsoever. Don't bring your bike to these guys. They are clueless and don't care for their customers. Reply Firstly i must congratulate you on being able to read my review. I can only imagine how difficult it must have been for you. My bike was is a 1986 virago Vx750. The bike is in great shape and it has been well maintained by other local motorcycle mechanic's It is far from being rubbish as you so mildly put it but then again what can one expect. You had a whole week to look at the bike before ever putting a finger on it. You could have called me and told me that you were not able to do the job or at least called me and said that you were not happy doing the job but instead you just stuck on the tyre and hoped for the best not think about the end result. You just took my money and that was that as far as you were concerned. Yes you have emails and you should keep them and you should read the one where you wrote for me to drop the bike down to you (again)and you would sort out the problem at MY COST. You said my bike is dangerous and rubbish and you wouldn't let your staff drive it. Nobody ever had a problem with my bike before. Only you,so do the maths. Don't just take people's money and then insult them. I live on Planet Earth, a place where trust and kindness are unconditional. A place where people look out for one another and care for one another but you wouldn't know anything about that. Good Riddance.
