Modular Solutions

I would highly recommend these offices for your home or business solutions. My husband purchased a 20x8 commercial office for his print business, the lads at modular solutions were incredibly helpful from the time we met them until the office was installed They Always answered any questions we had promptly and there was no issue with moving windows and doors as requested. The office itself was a great price compared to other options we had been looking at and was built very quickly, less that 2 week from ordering to it being in was in my back garden. It is finished to a very high standard and is perfect for our needs. The main things I liked about these modular units are that they are not a permanent structure like a garden room or steel shed and do not require a concrete base so if we need a larger office in the future it can easily be swapped out or if we decide to move we can take it with us.

Excellent product. Both the office and storage unit came fully made and just had to be dropped into place. The office is fully wired for light and power. Cannot complain

I recently purchased a modular pod from Modular Solutions for use as a garden office and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The process was easy and efficient, and Andrew was a great help throughout. The final product is exactly what I wanted and has already made a huge difference to my work life.

Love my modular unit, I use as a home office. Really great space and good quality. This is 3m x 2.2m. I have had for about 5 months through the summer and it has been fab to work in, feels like being outside. It has a window but would benefit from some other ventilation on days when its too windy to open the window while working. I love mine and hope it works as well through the winter. Andrew and staff are fab to deal with too, recommend.
