Not long ago, I bought my first car from them, and it took me a while to actually realize my achievement. The whole experience with Mooneys Hyundai Longmile Road was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. I was very satisfied with the services they provided to me. Big thanks to Matthew Higgins for all the help and support, he made buying my first car a really memorable experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great dealership experience.

I was very impressed with the service I received from EP Mooney Longmile Rd. It was my first time having my electric car serviced & thought it would just be connected to a computer that would do all the work. Instead I got a video showing and explaining everything that was checked on my car, showing wear & tear & explaining options if I wanted to have any further work done. I also got this information by text with a costing for any recommendations to be carried out. I was impressed with all the staff who were very friendly. I was asked before the service if I had any concerns with the car -one thing I did say was my back tyre loses pressure. They showed me on the video the slow puncture. I was advised how much changing the tyre would cost. I was pleasantly surprised with the cost of this so asked for the tyre to be changed. There were no hidden costs when collecting my car because nothing extra was done without me agreeing to it first and knowing the price. I'll definitely be back when my car is due its next service

Buying a car on my own as a woman, with no family in Dublin to come along with me and very little knowledge about cars, felt so daunting. From the moment I chatted to Keith he completely put my mind at ease. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question I had, and never once made me feel under pressure or like I should know more than I did. He was incredibly patient, honest and thorough throughout the entire process, making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. My recent service experience was great from the beginning to the end. Meeting the servicer advisor (Michelle) who was welcoming and professional to receiving the service video which is a great addition and adds a piece of mind. I have a long relationship with Mooney's going back to my first purchase in the early 90's and feel I've had great service over the years between Paraic & Ian in sales, the service team & Ronan and team in the valet dept. Happy to continue my relationship with Mooney's and recommend to others.
