First time dealing with a Nissan dealer after changing my car, and I found the entire ordeal extremely stressful. The communication both before and during the service/work was was extremely poor, I received no updates whatsoever (about work required/fees and such) during the booking and when I called to enquire what was happening and why I hadn’t been contacted, I was told ‘sure you said you’d be back at 5 to collect’. It was actually only then I was told that the main reason I had booked the car in (sensor replacement) wasn’t even done as it required a body shop (no issue with this but again I should have been contacted and informed). I was then hit with a bill for 360 euro for a minor service (more than I paid for a full service with my previous car at a different dealer), suffice to say I won’t be returning.
