We've bought a few cars over the years and, if I'm honest, I've often found the buying process can feel a bit pressured, with the usual sales tactics around urgency or scarcity. It was really refreshing that we never got that feeling here. Daniela was warm, friendly and genuine from day one, and we always felt she was giving us honest information rather than trying to make a sale. We were given a very fair price for our trade-in, kept fully informed about stock availability and delivery dates, and communication throughout was brilliant. Even when we had lots of questions, Daniela was always quick to come back to us and couldn't have been more helpful. Buying a new car is a big decision, so dealing with people you trust makes all the difference. We'd happily buy from Pilsen Škoda again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Purchased a Kodiaq from Daniella back in Jan (only getting around to review now!). Earlier that day, we had visited another dealership, and it felt like we were an imposition when we asked to view a car. When we visited Pilsen, it was a very different experience. Daniela was very warm and genuine during our visit. We had our four year old with us and Daniella made her feel welcome too. As well as being nice, Daniela wasn't pushy with the sale, was clear and upfront, and was very responsive when we had a query (even after the sale). The price for the Kodiaq was also competitive; they offered a fair trade-in price, and following their pre-sale service, they put new tyres on the car for us (unprompted). Still happy with our purchase four months later. So based on our experience, I would highly recommend Pilsen.

This is the second car we've bought from Pilsen (9 years apart) and the experience on both occasions was exemplary. Friendly, knowledgeable, and not-at-all pushy, staff who helped us with any questions we had. Not to mention - we love our new car!
