While on a recent trip to Ireland, we were traveling through Limerick when our rental car tire sensor light flashed on. We were many kilometers from our final destination and, feeling concerned, stopped in at PJ's Garage for help after we were turned away at another nearby garage. Even though it was near closing time, the folks at PJ's took time to listen to our concerns, do a quick tire check and assessment and even made adjustments to solve the problem. They were highly professional, kind, understanding and expert in their assessment, work, and advice. On top of that, they did not charge us for their efforts and help!!! We are thoroughly grateful and would recommend them to others. Thank you, PJ's, for all of your help! I left my car at this garage for the entire day to diagnose a steering issue. At the end of the day, I was told they couldn’t identify the fault, yet I was still charged almost 230€ for the diagnosis. After paying, my car had exactly the same problem, and I now have to take it to another garage for further diagnosis. In my experience, the service did not justify the cost. About your relpy: There appears to be a serious mistake in your response, and I believe you may be referring to another customer or vehicle. My vehicle was NOT booked in following an NCT failure. I have never had an NCT failure. You also state that a steering/tie rod repair was carried out on my vehicle. This repair was NOT carried out. I therefore ask you to check your records carefully and confirm that you are responding to the correct customer and vehicle. If you maintain that these statements relate to my vehicle, please provide the relevant job sheet and itemised invoice showing the repair and parts you claim were fitted. Your response does not reflect my visit or the work carried out on my vehicle, which is precisely why I am maintaining my review.
