We got a 3 bed from Rayco a few months ago and it’s been brilliant so far. House is very warm and solid, not like what you’d expect from a modular.

Went to the showhouse first and that made the decision easy. What you see is what you get.

Once we visited the showhouse, it made the decision easy - We went with a 3 bed and the quality is excellent. The finish inside is like a proper house, not like some of the other options we saw which felt more like cabins.

Couldn’t recommend these lads enough absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I’m over the moon with my 4-bed, loads of space and everything done spot on.
