Jake went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly and that I felt confident with my choice. Shane was extremely helpful with the paperwork and made the process quick and easy. Both Jake and Shane are genuine, honest, and very easy to deal with – you really feel looked after, not just like another customer. The car is absolutely perfect, and the aftercare support has been brilliant too. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Called in randomly after failing the NCT to get something small sorted. They were great, offered to take the car there and then, got it sorted in seconds and didn’t even charge me as it was such a quick fix. Amazing customer service if I was a long standing loyal customer, but considering I was just a random person coming in off the street shows how much they are willing to do for any customer.

Collected my car from Alex in Reilly Motor Group today and couldn't be happier with the experience. He was professional, efficient and always on hand to answer any questions. I contacted Alex last week to let him know the type of car I was looking for and he provided some lovely options. After the test drive (kindly facilitated by Shane) I told Alex I was happy to go with the car if I could get a reverse camera and carplay installed, this was no problem and he had them added within a couple of days. Alex gave a great trade in price for my old car and arranged finance within the hour. Would highly recommend Alex and his team to anyone in the market for their next car!
