I couldn’t have had a better experience at Sheehy Motors Naas over the past two weeks while purchasing my new car. From the very start, the whole experience felt more like a conversation than a sales pitch. It was so natural, which made me feel genuinely recognised and listened to. On the day, I hadn’t planned on buying a brand-new car but thanks to the fantastic customer service (and being in the right place at the right time), I ended up doing just that! A huge thank you to Caolan, who made my first “big girl” purchase feel seamless and special. He made the entire process easy to understand from start to finish. Any questions or concerns I had were answered immediately, and he consistently reassured me throughout the process. I also want to give a shoutout to Jackie, who was so helpful in finalising everything and getting it all over the line! I can't recommend the team at Sheehy Motors enough.

The booking in of the vehicle and the picking up process went very smoothly - I was dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner and any concerns I had were listened to, noted and followed up upon. I am extremely happy with the servicing of my car, and it was returned to me absolutely gleaming! I would highly recommend the support service and the work of Sheehy Motors.

I had a tyre puncture and stopped by Sheehy Motors for help just before closing time . Hazel went above and beyond to assist me, taking the time to sort out the issue quickly and professionally. What impressed me most was her kindness and willingness to help without expecting anything in return—she didn’t even take any payment. It’s rare to come across such genuine customer service these days. Hazel was friendly, helpful, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
