He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made buying the car completely stress-free. The Range Rover Sport was presented in immaculate condition and was exactly as described. It’s clear that Sheils Garage takes great pride in the quality of their vehicles and the service they provide. We needed to buy a used car relatively quickly, and Thomas at Sheils Galway was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. When we collected the car, he spent a considerable amount of time with us explaining its various functions and controls, making sure we felt comfortable and confident before driving away. My first contact was Ted. Just came in to browse, and within 5 minutes I was cruising around Liosban Estate test driving an MG. Queries answered, phone calls returned, texts, emails replied to by return. I also dealt with Thomas and Assumpta, who were both so helpful and nice.
