I purchased a Kia Sportage from Ollie recently. The efforts he put in before I picked up the car is second to none. Serviced the car, four new tyres, valet, paid for the NCT which wasn't due for another 2 months. Drove the car down for me to collect it. Cannot recommend Sleator enough. Very professional and reassuring company.

A dealership with a ‘difference’! 💫 Where do I even begin!? Firstly; I had no idea I was getting a car, my fiancée surprised me, and surprised I was!! I have never experienced the customer service like Sleator Kia from Ollie!! From the second I walked in the door he pulled out all of the stops! The attention to detail is second to none!! I was presented with my beautiful car, and a beautiful bouquet of flowers.. one thing that had me in tears (literally) was that Ollie went to the extent of finding out the theme to my upcoming wedding so he could match the ribbon on my car to that! 💒 🎀 I could just tell how much pride Ollie took in making me feel so special on the day! All of the staff were waiting eagerly for me to get my surprise! My car was PERFECT! with beautiful new mats and a service and valet! I am SO lucky to have been able to deal with someone so wonderful ❤️ Thank you so so much to Ollie and all of the team in Sleator Kia, for giving me such a magical memory and an experience I will NEVER forget! Moved to Mullingar from Dublin. My EV6 was still under warranty and the TPS was acting up. When reached out to the dealer, they were rude enough to answer we don't have slots and we can't help with warranty claims if not purchased from us. Well I won't be getting my yearly service from them too as they are not worth going to from the brief conversation over telephone I had with them.
