Spirit Jaguar Land Rover

Got some great advice from them about certain things I needed to know about my own JAGUAR :)

We have recently took delivery of our Range Rover. From the very beginning Mate was exceptional to deal with. Nothing was ever an issue, and he made sure we stayed up to date during the entire process. We are based a few hours from Dublin and himself & Stephen made sure everything was ready for us on the day of collection. A very happy customer! Thank you

Just had my car service in Spirit Jaguar, what a fantastic experience, from the reception to the service team/mechanics. I was informed by email about the status of the service, everything was really quick and transparent and above all, they are a really polite and friendly staff with great customer skills. Very professional team result in a very professional Company. Thank you very much guys, you are doing great!

Not happy with the after care service at all. I was due a refund from the car I purchased in May and to date am still awaiting repayment despite being promised it would be sorted out numerous times. While the salesman advised he "thought" it was done he also avoided my many emails and calls over the past few weeks. While initially I had forgotten to follow up on it the accounts department should surely have spotted the issue and arranged the refund. Very unhappy to say the least on how I have been treated.
