Tuam is the place to buy a John Deere tractor, what a fantastic salesman Peter Mulholland is. No ways pushy, polite even under sales pressure, the interest he shows to satisfy a customer with a tractor is awesome. His word is truly the best you will get & I will vouch for that. This gentleman sold me a new John Deere 6100M recently, what a super tractor, & Peter could not do enough for me. The two young guns behind the counter Robert & Kieran, the do a super job with the public, extremely helpful, courteous at all times, there business phone never stops & still makes you feel important to the company. The lead Mechanic Martin, in the blink of an eye you have it, super super Mechanic, Extremely helpful at all times, Young Mechanic Michael all I can say is a genius at his trade & a very long career ahead of you . If you read this Damien give all these staff members a raise, because of these young men I bought a new tractor. There shop is worth a visit also, everything you could possibly buy is there, so very tidy, even in these horrible Covid times everything is so clean. Thank you TFM I had a super experience dealing with you all & the most important thing for John Deere to hear from a very satisfied customer is I WILL BE BACK IN 4 YEARS TO BUY A NEW ONE AGAIN. Do not go here if you have a lawnmower, they dont have a clue what they at and it was john Deere lawnmower. Sent it up to get full service sharpen the blade and fix the drive, brought it home done one cut blade came loose and drive wasnt working back up with it again. A few days later picked it up came home wheel was broken back up again and they wanted to charge for there mistakes. So haven't gone up since got mechanic to check it he said air filter and spark plug was never changed what a shower of cowboys 4 times up and down each over a hour drive. I'd have bought a new lawnmower out of it. Now the drive is pulling one wheel very hard controlled. If I could give you a minus star I would very poor service for a big john deere company should be ashamed of this place in tuam.
