Matt and I connected while I was living in California after I saw a Range Rover he had for sale. I was preparing to move back to Ireland, so we spoke over WhatsApp, and I trusted him almost immediately. He was candid, knowledgeable and never overly salesy. Over the following weeks, Matt guided me through the car, the financing options and the entire purchasing process. His communication and attention to detail were impeccable. He answered every question quickly and made me completely comfortable buying the car from abroad without seeing it in person. He even assisted me when I later bought another car privately, reviewing the garage report and connecting me with a trusted technician for a pre-purchase inspection. The motor industry does not always have the best reputation for trust, but Matt and the team at Vector Group are the complete opposite.
