I've just taken possession of a Toyota Corolla. After driving it for a few days I was so impressed with it's handling and all the amazing features that goes with it. Mark in the sales team was very knowledgeable and explained in detail everything I needed to know from start to finish. I received a first class service from Mark, he was friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble. Mark contacted me a few days after the sale to confirm that I was happy with the car which made me feel valued as a customer. Overall I'm extremely happy with the car and the service received. Absolutely delighted with our new Yaris. Mum was due her new motabilty car and just decided to call in on our way home and see some cars. Mark was an absolute gem, introduced us to the Yaris and it was perfect. He turned something that was a little stressful into something easy and we ending up leaving with a car ordered and arriving within weeks. He was so patient teaching me how to drive an automatic and explained all the features brilliantly. He has since checked in to see how we are enjoying the new car. I was impressed with Mark from the first time I spoke to him, he took time to explain the differences in hybrids and as I had never driven an automatic he got me to drive one around the car park. When picking up my new Yaris cross again Mark spent time explaining features and set up my phone, he also sat with me for a short drive so when I left I felt confident. Overall Mark was great and the experience of buying was lovely.

Can't say enough about Pat and the crew at Western Cars, Enniskillen, I suffered a breakdown outside Enniskillen this afternoon. Rang Western Cars and spoke with Pat , he put me in touch with a towing service who recovered my car as far as Pat's premises. They ordered in a replacement part and had me back on the road in about an hour and a half and didn't put the arm in to the elbow. Fantastic service by every one involved.
