I bought a G6 xpeng at West Dublin three months ago. The car developed a problem, and since last Thursday I’ve repeatedly tried contacting them. No one answers the phone or responds to messages from the service department. To make matters worse, the fault means I can’t even charge the car. This is unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from them.” Keith the sales person is great trying to help but the service department never responds. The after-sales service is extremely disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend buying from them until they sort out their customer support.

Awful customer service and post sales support. The battery of the car is faulty and they have taken a passive approach and no accountability. We have essentially been stranded due to a courtesy car not being provided despite the car battery being faulty. They even had the audacity to ask us to travel 40km to drop off a blade key several days after we had arranged for the car to be collected by the AA.
