[Edited] After some clarifications everything was closed out as expected, took longer than anticipated, but went to happy ending after all.
Great Pre sales, questionable post sales. Team is very responsive when they want your business, but once they have your money, they ditch all the communication. I bought second hand electric ioniq from them. Person I was dealing with before sales couldn't meet me due to the genuine personal reasons, and when I arrived I was asked to sign the papers and that's it, no "would you like to view the car?" nothing. Eventually when I got the car I found that Variant Coding is not updated due to the flat 12V battery on the car and most likely incorrect handling while replacing the battery. I tried to organize local garage to sort it out for me(as per agreement with Waterford), but no one wants to do it, hence back to Waterford folks, but there is radio silence for last 2 weeks now.
