Amy was a very friendly and warm person as i approached the service area, very thorough car service and i got it back in immaculate condition, inside and out. Also the shuttle bus service was very handy to drop me back home and arranged to collect me when i got a call five hours later to collect car, the bus driver was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable with good conversations.
