If it were possible to rate 0.5 stars, I would.

My experience with the customer-facing service over the past week has been very poor, with no support available by phone. I have tried all options on your menu - 1 for Service and 2 for Sales & Parts - to order a part, and it has been impossible to reach a human representative. Today the same issue persists; I am again unable to speak with anyone.

This level of access is not what I would expect from a professional motor vehicle dealership.

I have two questions:
1. Are unanswered calls logged by your phone system, or are they deleted without review?
2. Is it possible for your company to identify who has called and who is due a callback?

When I finally did get through, I was met with an unprofessional response. I was told, “we’re all busy - I’m only covering reception.” If answering calls and taking details for callbacks is not part of the role, then I would suggest the company assigns this task to someone who can do it properly.  See one 18 minute call! Others add up to significantly more time spent in trying to get a human interaction!

I hope this feedback helps you review your call-handling process, as it is letting down what I assume is otherwise a great well aged motor vehicle company!

Service area from start to finish is an absolute disgrace. From time of booking an appointment ti car collection, service is the worat I’ve come across. The girls on phone never call back. I always have to chase. In addition, you get to the service reception desk and everyone has their heads down, looking at a screen. They never look up to assist. We’re actually considering changing car to avoid this level of awful service.
