Guys, you need to improve your service booking system at your website joeduffy,ie/kia/servicing to make sure it's working properly. The information I've included with my booking wasn't passed to the technician. As a result I wasted my time and you wasted your time on unnecessary and unrelated work. At the end of the day I left your place with the same undiagnosed issue as I came in the morning. Hence my experience was 1*.
