Really easy to deal with. Called Tom on the morning of 23rd December about a car. He let me come up before he closed for Christmas later that day, to check out the condition and test drive it. He put the sale through by lunchtime and let me take the car home that day. He happily took it in for the NCT and service that were part of the sale after Christmas, and had it back the same day.

Unreliable and deceitful after-sales service. My brother purchased a vehicle from this seller under the explicit agreement that a missing front tow hook cover and the spare set of keys would be sent to him the following week. It has now been 3 months. The owner of the company has completely ghosted us and is ignoring all phone calls and messages. It is incredibly disappointing to see a business take advantage of a young driver by making false promises just to close a sale. A business is only as good as its word. If you expect honest communication and for a dealer to honor their agreements post-sale, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs.
