Just had the best service experience at Spirit Ford of Dublin.   Service manager, Brian was amazing.  Friendly, efficient and knowledgable, he quickly processed my car and had it back to me on time by the end of the day.  The car (Max) came back looking brand spanking new both inside and out.  In the 8.5 years I have owned the car, this was easily the most impressive service call.   I felt like I got a new car.

I don't normally service my Fiesta at Spirit Motors as it's not close to home but after a recurring issue with the Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, I decided to go direct to a Ford dealer to definitely fix the issue. It took a while to get an appointment but when that did happen, the service team were very thorough and transparent with cost and time. I was very happy with the result. The team are also very friendly and do as they say re. call backs. I would recommend them.

It's because of this team I think I will only ever buy a Ford car - just so I know when my car needs a fix, it will be going to a brilliant team! I dealt with Brian mostly, who is fantastic and very patient, and I also had some communication with his colleague Dave. They were a wealth of knowledge and were keen to do a great job. The team really went above and beyond with my car service, even fixing a persistent issue that I was told couldn't be resolved.
